چکیده

An efficient method to improve the mechanical performance of a commercially available photocure resin is described wherein modified with mixture cycloaliphatic epoxy and an anhydride curing agent. Photocured samples are thermally treated in subsequent step cure obtain interpenetrated polymer network (IPN) also complete reaction acrylate monomers remaining from photocure. The latter accomplished by thermal radical initiator added earlier into formulation together epoxy-anhydride. properties microstructure resulting IPN analyzed. Uniform quantitative conversions obtained, glass transition temperatures comparable conventional epoxies. liquid, uncured containing different amounts stable at 30 °C for several weeks. In fully cured epoxy-rich materials, nano-scale phase separation observed atomic force microscopy. This corroborated existence multiple relaxations determined dynamic analysis analysis. Specimens 50% weight epoxy-anhydride 3D printed customized masked image processing stereolithography, treated, subjected compression tests. Results show that Young's modulus increases 900% over neat resin.

Nanofabrication: Nanoscale printing simplified.

Techniques for printing patterns with liquid inks have their origins in the earliest days of human civilization. One of the most prevalent forms today is the desktop inkjet printer, in which localized heating leads to the controlled formation and ejection of small droplets of ink at rates of tens of thousands per second. This technology, which provides a resolution of several tens of micrometre...

Tion in 3d Printing

The rapid development in additive manufacturing (AM), also known as 3D printing, has brought about potential risk and security issues along with significant benefits. In order to enhance the security level of the 3D printing process, the present research aims to detect and recognize illegal components using deep learning. In this work, we collected a dataset of 61,340 2D images (28×28 for each ...
